Title:
【考案の名称】ハンドルカバー
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2600918
Kind Code:
Y2
Abstract:
The present invention sets itself the goal of allowing the mounting of direction indicators directly on the handlebar fairing. A pair of direction indicators 6 are mounted in openings located in right and left portions of a front surface of a handlebar fairing 5 on the inside, such that their lens surfaces are exposed through the openings, and a separate decoration element 7 is mounted in a central portion of substantial width between the left and right direction indicators 6 to cover the central portion. The central portion covered by the decoration element 7 can be designed with sufficient strength to firmly support the direction indicators 6. Furthermore, sufficiently reinforced bosses of large dimension are formed on the inside of the central portion so that, even if an indentation is produced on the outer surface, the decoration element 7 prevents the indentation from being seen from the outside.
