Abstract:
PURPOSE:To solve a problem on unevenness in warp at the time of tire molding as well as to secure the uniformity and durability of a tire, by cutting the warp in cloth rubberizing a tire fabric forming a carcass ply layer in a cross direction of the cloth, and installing a cutting part. CONSTITUTION:The main part of a tire consists of a carcass ply layer 10 having a pair of bead parts, a side part rubber layer 15 covering both outer sides of this layer 10, a breaker layer 13 and a tread layer 14 of a crown part. And the carcass ply layer 10 is formed by cloth 10C rubberizing a tire fabric weaving warf 10A and weft 10B. In this structure, the weft 10B is cut off at the specified interval in a cross direction of the cloth 10C and a parting part 10D is installed. With this constitution, at the time of tire molding, even if the cloth 10C is extended in the circumferential direction, the warp 10A is moved freely and spread wide uniformly so that a problem on unevenness in the warp 10A is solved, thus the desired end is attainable.
