Abstract:

CONSTITUTION:An object 19 is scanned by linear radial rays 18 while using slit boards 13 and 14 or the like, and the slit exposure of a cumulative fluorescent sheet 2 is executed. Then, line sensors 9A and 9B for detecting scattered lines are arranged near a slit 14a, and the output signals of the line sensors 9A and 9B are subtracted from the output signal of a photomultiplier 25.
