Abstract:
PURPOSE:To observe the affected part on a monitor television during the cutting and arrest of bleeding of the affected part by an electric knife device by connecting a video return cable to a DC earth cable to match the amplitudes of the high frequency noises introduced into the video return cable and a transmission cable. CONSTITUTION:The transmission cable of the image signal from the solid state imaging element 72 provided to the tip of an insert part, the video return cable provided to a shield pipe 80 for shielding said cable 78, the DC earth cable 84 connected to the solid state imaging element and the video return cable 82 and the differential amplifier 108 provided on the side of a control apparatus and connectable to the transmission cable 78 and the video return cable 82 are provided. Since the video return cable 82 is connected to the DC earth cable 84, the impedance of the video return cable 82 can be lowered and the phases and waveforms of the high frequency noises introduced into the video return cable 82 and the transmission cable 78 can be allowed to almost coincide with each other. Therefore, only by matching the amplitudes of the introduced high frequency noises with each other, high frequency noise can be cancelled from an image signal by a differential means.
