Abstract:
PURPOSE:To form the title sheet which is extensible and flexible before curing and has excellent workability by using a solid acrylic resin containing a plurality of functional groups, a monomer or oligomer containing a plurality of functional groups, and a blocked isocyanate as the principal constituents. CONSTITUTION:An uncured or semi-cured thermosetting covering sheet composed mainly of a solid acrylic resin (a) having a weight-average molecular weight of 100,000 to 1,000,000 and containing at least a plurality of functional groups, a monomer or oligomer (b) containing a plurality of functional groups, and a blocked isocyanate (c). It is desirable that the ratio of component (a) to component (c) is such that the ratio of the functionality to the NCO value is (0.4:1) to (1.5:1). The weight ratio of component (a) to component (b) is preferably 1:(0.1 to 1). When the sheet is stuck to an object and heated, the blocked isocyanate and reactive functional groups therein react to cause curing.
