Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of the work for weighing walking animals by enhancing the rate of the existence of single walking animal in the weighing chamber in the device for weighing the walking animals. CONSTITUTION:In the walking animal-weighing device is provided with a control means 9 for controlling the operation of a gate-opening or closing means 5 so that an inlet gate 3 is switched into the intermediate state between the wholly opened state and the wholly closed state as the second detection means 7 detects the passage of one walking animal through the output port of the weighing chamber, and further so that the inlet gate 3 is switched into the wholly closed state as the first detection means 6 detects the passage of the one walking animal through the inlet gate 3, the control means 9 is constituted so that the inlet gate 3 is not switched into the intermediate state when the second detection means 7 detects the passage of one walking animal through the output section and further when the weighed value in the weighing chamber 2 exceeds a set value.
