Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the circuit scale by using a delay and a tap of a low pass filter for luminance signal in common part of delay and tap of a low pass filter for chrominance signal in horizontal or vertical direction. CONSTITUTION:A switch 10 selects R, G, B signals synchronously with a clock and a luminance signal is outputted. The output is given to a low pass filter comprising delay devices 11-14. When the switch 10 is switched by the clock, the output subject to low pass filtering to the signals R, G, B is obtained alternately to the output of adders 24, 25 and a coefficient device 21. Thus, when they are switched by using a switch 28 synchronously with the clock, the output subject to low pass filtering as to the R, G, B signals is obtained separately. Moreover, since the signal output is obtained in real time similarly to a chrominance signal, no delay circuit for matching the time between the luminance and chrominance signals is not required.
