Abstract:
PURPOSE:To rationalize a rental fee, by a method wherein in the case where drying is finished earlier and the amount information subtracted from a storing element at first is more excessive than that of an actual, reasonable fee, the amount information of excess fee is added to the storing element when drying operation is finished. CONSTITUTION:In the case where it is recognized that the amount of clothing to be dried is small hence drying is finished before a drying time T preset elapes, a user insets a magnetic card 14, which is used when drying operation is started, into a slop 13 and inputs an amount-returning key, and the drying operation is finished. At this time, the identifying information on the magnetic card 14 inserted is read out again, and it is compared with the identifying information stored on a storing device 19 when the drying operation is started. When both of one identifying information and the other coincide with each other, the drying operation is finished and an electric current applied to an electromagnet 8 is turned off and a door is unlocked. After that, a remaining time for drying, which is left on a timer 20, is transformed to the amount information, and thus this amount information is added and written into the amount information on the magnetic card 14. In this way, a reasonable fee can be collected even if the rental fee of a drying machine is not fixed.
