Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simplify the adjustment of a perforator for an auto-copying machine or the like by mounting perforating members on shafts disposed on the same plane in parallel with one another laterally movable, moving one member to a prescribed position so that the other member may move synchronously, and setting it at the perforating position.
CONSTITUTION: This slitter perforator 50 includes shafts 70, 75, housings 53, 80 mounted on the respective shafts 70, 75, and a lock adjusting knob 56. When the lock adjusting knob 56 is turned counterclockwise to release a lock, the housings 53 are moved in the approach direction each other so that the housing 80 and a perforating wheel 84 may be disposed at a selected perforating position, and the knob is turned clockwise to close the lock. It is thus possible to perform perforating in two lines with the perforating wheel 84 in such a direction that a sheet moves.
