Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the lowering in measuring accuracy caused by the mounting of a body temp. sensor and to measure the change in the body temp. of a living body with the elapse of time with high accuracy, by statistically processing the electric signal from the temp. detection element mounted to an object to be examined except the data obtained when the body temp. sensor is minutely separated from the surface of the body. CONSTITUTION:(n) Body temp. data detected from the body temp. sensor 1 mounted to an examinee at every hr interval are stored in an RAM and the average value T1 of (n) body temp. data is calculated. An MCPU again reads (n) body temp. measuring data stored in the RAM and removes data smaller than the tolerant range T1-DELTAT1 dertermined by T1 and predetermined DELTAT1 as the data obtained when the body temp. sensor is slightly separated from the surface of the body while turning over in bed and calculates an average value T2 only from the data in the tolerant range when the number of the read data become (n). Since this average value T2 is calculated from the data from which the data when the body temp. sensor is slightly separated from the surface of the body while turning over in bed is removed, said value T2 becomes an extremely high accurate one.
