Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make a metal mould knockout-typed in a simplified structure inexpensive in manufacture by forming the inside of the metal mould into a simple cylindrical shape with the clearance between permanent magnets (axial position) positioned by a collar member. CONSTITUTION:A rotor shaft 30 is inserted into an inserting hole 20 for positioning the shaft of a metal mould 24 and from top the 1st ring-shaped permanent magnet 32a, a collar member 34 and the 2nd ring-shaped permanent magnet 32b are inserted one after another into a variant metal mould 24a. An upper metal mould 24c is put on there and melted synthetic resin 36 is filled up through a resin passage 26. Then, the synthetic resin is moulded and integrated into the space among the rotor shaft 30, permanent magnets 32a and 32b and collar member 34. Here, by raising the upper metal mould 24c and the lower punch 24b, the integrated mould is knocked out in the direction of the rotor shaft.
