Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a double tube having a prescribed curved shape without generating the deformation of a cross section and wrinkles on the inner tube comprising the double tube while maintaining a prescribed gap between the inner tube and the outer tube. SOLUTION: By inserting the inner tube 2 into the outer tube 1, press-fixing the inner tube 2 to the outer tube 1 by expanding its diameter and bending/ forming the inner tube 2 and outer tube 1 which are in closely contact into a prescribed shape, a curved couble tube is formed. At this time, it is better to expand the diamter of the inner tube 2 using a diameter expanding jig. By introducing a pressure fluid between the inner tube 2 and the outer tube 1 of which the curved double tube is composed and in the inner tube 2, the diameter of the outer tube 1 is expanded and, by forming the prescribed gap between the inner tube 2 and the outer tube 1, the double tube of the final product is made.
