Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a systems which performs machining shaft allocating operation based upon cutting power on a CAD system. CONSTITUTION:The system is provided internally with an initial information data base 18 stored with machining hole information, machining shaft information and cutting condition information, an allocation information data base 19 stored with allocation data (including cutting power information) on machining shafts. and an execution module 20 which corrects cutting conditions and calculates the cutting power in addition to the allocation of the machining shafts. Further. the system is provided with a decision module 21 which decides whether or not the allocation state is proper according to the cutting power information, a resetting module 22 which resets the machining shaft allocation and recorrects the cutting conditions, and an allocation display module 23 which displays the allocation data to the outside.
