Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use repetitively a matrix by remaking properly a shape of the matrix when a thin hearing aid case inserted to an external auditory miatus is formed from the matrix. SOLUTION: A matrix material 11a of a sol form whose major component is agar-agar is flowed into a package 13 in which a prototype 12 formed by taking an inner shape of an external auditory miatus is placed, the material is cooled to be a gel and the prototype 12 is removed to form a matrix 11 having a recessed part (c). In this case, 12 to 18wt.pt. of agar-agar, 3 to 6wt.pt. of modifier and 60 to 120wt.pt. of water are used. A photosensing high polymer material is packed in the recessed part (c) of the matrix 11, a light is emitted from the outside of the matrix 11 toward the inside to cure the photosensing high polymer material in contact with the recessed part (c) by a prescribed thickness as a case 2 for a hearing aid 1.
