Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain an oscillation type carbonization furnace capable of readily controlling carbonization temperature without depending on particle diameter and having simple structure and good durability. CONSTITUTION:This oscillation type carbonization furnace is composed of a carbonization furnace body 7 conically formed and swingably supported so that the conical shaft becomes horizontal, a carbonization gas-burning furnace 4 for burning carbonization gas generated in the carbonization furnace body 7 and a product-carrying conveyer 8 and in the carbonization furnace body 7, a raw material inlet 6 is provided in the end part on small diameter side and an ignition port 2 and air blowing port 1 for carbonization are provided in the lower part and plural baffles 3 directing to conical shaft are provided in the inner wall.
