Abstract:
PURPOSE:To control the photoelectric conversion and the output operation at a frequency set respectively optionally by controlling a signal width of a trigger signal inputted to a drive signal generating means to vary a clock signal inputted to a scanning means independently. CONSTITUTION:With a trigger signal phiTR and a basic operation clock signal phiCLK inputted, a counter 5 counts a clock number of the basic operation clock signal phiCLK while the trigger signal phiTR is at an H level, and a clock signal phiCLK' is generated based on the information. The basic operation clock signal phiCLK is inputted to a drive signal generating circuit 1, and reset signals phiA, phiB and a start signal phiST of a scanning circuit 2 are generated. The clock signal phiCLK is inputted to the scanning circuit 2. The frequency of the basic operation clock signal phiCLK is set independently of a change in the signal width T of the trigger signal phiTR and the clock signal phiCLK' is optionally set by controlling the signal width T of the trigger signal phiTR.
