Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a displacement of bending position of a pre-bending device and a cutting of a strand at a heating tank. SOLUTION: A wire 5 is bent into a zig-zag form to make a belt-like member. A reinforcing core member 4 with strands 6, 7 being knitted to a central part and both ends is applied. Reinforcing core members 4, 4 are made such that their longitudinal end edges 4a, 4a are abutted to each other to weld and connect the wires 5 to each other, connecting threads 14 are knitted over the abutted end edges 4a, 4a in a zig-zag form, wherein a knitting width A of the connecting threads 14 is made maximum at a central part of a width direction of the reinforcing core member 4 and in turn it is gradually decreased as they approach both ends.
