When the discharge of the residual concrete is completed, the concrete pump is reversely operated to return the water in a concrete transport pipe 3 to the hopper 1, and the water including the cement paste in the hopper 1 is discharged into a raw concrete vehicle, etc., and further, the gravels staying in the hopper 1 are left as they are, and mixed with the mortar supplied into the hopper 1 in the next laying and sent under pressure.
