Abstract:
PURPOSE:To carry out positioning of an injection nozzle and discharge nozzle for the laser beam correctly and easily by using a simple jig, in a fine particle detector. CONSTITUTION:A tapered part 21 which forms a taper between the top and rear edges, and the top edge 211 has a section smaller than the pseudorectangular section of the injection hole of an injection nozzle and the rear edge 212 is fitted with the pseudo-rectangular section of the discharge hole 131 of a discharge nozzle, and a positioning jig consisting of the tapered part 21 and a rectilinear part 22 which is joined with the tapered part at the rear edge and fitted with the pseudorectangular section of the discharge hole is used, and the jig is inserted into the discharge hole of the discharge nozzle, and the direction of the longer axis at the top edge is allowed to coincide with the direction of the laser beam by shift/turning the discharge nozzle. Further, the positioning of the discharge hole is performed by allowing the longer axis to coincide with the center of the optical axis of the laser beam, and then the jig is pushed inward furthermore, and the tapered part is inserted into the injection hole to the maximum extent by shift/turning the injection nozzle, and the injection hole is positioned.
