Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve properties of being crushed and granulated by adding a dispersant having a specified formula to a water-insoluble solid active component, wet-crushing the mixture in water to give a slurry, mixing the slurry with a mineral fine powder, and granulating the mixture by extrusion. CONSTITUTION:A dispersant (granulating property improving agent) having a formula I (R1 stands for alkyl with 2-4 carbons; R2, R3 stand for hydrogen or alkyl with 1-6 carbons; X stands for an alkali metal or ammonium) is added to a water-insoluble solid active component and wet-crushed in water to give a slurry. The slurry is then mixed with a mineral fine powder carrier and granulated by extrusion to give non-medical granules. As the water-insoluble solid active component, there are agricultural pesticiding components and immunological pesticiding components, etc. Also as the mineral fine powder carrier, there are inorganic calcium salt, kaolinitic clay, etc.
