Abstract:
Device for the acquisition of an axle load signal of the driving axle of a lifting axle assembly. A known device of this kind comprises a load-dependent brake-force controller (ALB), which supplies the axle load signal as the pressure difference between the input pressure and the output pressure. This solution is expensive, all the more so because it requires an additional valve arrangement and working-cylinder arrangement for the changeover between operation with the lifting axle switched in and switched off. To reduce the expense while simultaneously widening the possible uses of such a device, for example for traction control, starting assistance and protecting the driving axle from overloading, the invention proposes a signal element (29) which is rotated as a function of the travel of a point (B) of the driving axle (9) or of the pressure in a lifting bellows (1) and is displaced axially as a function of the pressure of the lifting bellows (1) or of the travel of the point (B). A predetermined distance (x) from a point (C) of the vehicle superstructure (2), which serves as the axle load signal, is provided on the outer surface (22) of the signal element (29), essentially transversely to the axis of rotation (AA) for each combination of rotational position and axial position. The area of application of the invention is that of the customary lifting axle assemblies in vehicle technology.
