Abstract:
PURPOSE:To solve the subject of a conventional carburetor panel monitoring method using an infrared ray camera or the like. CONSTITUTION:The adfreezing height(h) of a carburetor panel 5 to be monitored is obtained from the corresponding relation of an LNG flow rate, sea water temperature, and trickling flow rate, the temperature distribution of the horizontal direction of the carburetor panel 5 at the height or near the height is measured from infrared ray radiation, a temperature difference between a mean temperature and a lowest temperature, or between a highest temperature and the mean value is measured, and those values are compared with a set value, so that abnormality can be discriminated. Thus, the channelling of the sea water at the carburetor panel 5 and the overall decrease of the trickling flow rate can be automatically discriminated, those abnormalities can be early detected, and the deformation of the carburetor panel 5 or the like resulting in those abnormalities can be prevented. At the time of the automatic discrimination, a complicate picture input and the processing can be unnecessitated, and the automatic discrimination can be operated based on the measured of one- dimensional temperature distribution. Thus, the high speed processing can be attained by a device which is simpler than heretofore.
