Abstract:
PURPOSE:To achieve high accuracy, high definition, and high brightness by providing plural copying parts, plural display parts and a picture distributing part. CONSTITUTION:This display device has the picture distributing part 32 which divides video data on an original picture into plural video data groups and supplies them to the display parts 34. These display parts 34 form display pictures based on the video data obtained by dividing the original picture into plural parts. A projection area on the display picture screen of each display part 34 can be adjusted by the relative position between each display part 34 and the optical path of each projection lens. Consequently, when display pictures formed on the display parts 34 are projected on the screen via projecting parts 35 through the positional adjustment, the original picture is composed. Thus, a projected picture with high definition and high brightness can be obtained.
