Title:
【発明の名称】トランスのリード線引出し構造
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2987128
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead wire leading-out structure for transformer, in which the connecting work between outer lead wires and the lead-out wires of a coil can be conducted easily and a terminal block can be fixed easily in single-action, and then a junction can be surely insulated and no trouble will occur even if a tensile force is applied to the junction. SOLUTION: In a lead wire leading-out structure for a transformer, a cylindrical coil bobbin and a core in which the coil bobbin is incorporated and which has a circular or elliptical cross section are attached to a bottom plate 10 by means of a receiving member 6 which also works as a fitting. In this case, a terminal block 11 which is put in a receiving section 7e formed in the receiving member 6 is provided, and outer lead wires 19 are attached to the terminal block 11 in a state where the cores 19a of the wires 19 which are connected to the lead-out wires 20 of a coil are exposed and erected in pin terminal-like states on the block 11 and a terminal block cover 21 which insulates the junctions between the cores 19a and wires 20 is put on the terminal block 11.
