Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the number of rotation for engaging a clutch easily by installing a tension spring connected with a moving piece to the long extending side and an adjacent moving piece to the short extending side from the swing fulcrum part of a clutch shoe and installing a spring adjust means by which the positron of the moving piece can be changed without loosening the spring. SOLUTION: A clutch shoe 11 is held swingably to a rotational base plate at a swing fulcrum part 18 and an adjacent thing is connected by a tension spring 20 and one end of the tension spring 20 is hooked to the engaging hole 21 of a short extending side from the swing fulcrum part 18 and the other end to the engaging hole 24 of the moving piece 23 of a long extending side from the swing fulcrum part 18. A fine position can be adjusted by the mutual biting of the back surface of the moving piece 23 and the bottom surface of a recessed part 25 and the moving piece 23 can be moved by a prescribed amount to a prescribed direction in the recessed part 25 by rotating a feed screw 32 of a spring force adjust means 30 under the loosened state of the fixed bolt 27 of the moving piece 23. Accordingly, the number of rotation of an input shaft at the clutch engaging time can be changed. In this case, it is not necessary to remove the tension spring 20.
