Abstract:
PURPOSE:To accomplish a thin type printed circuit board designed primarily for memory backing-up equipped with excellent reliability, wherein the power supply is consolidated, by printing an all-solid secondary battery on the printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION:An electrode 5 is formed through etching by the use of a Cu- lined laminate plate. Thereover three types of paste are put one over another by printing process; i.e., paste 4 formed by mixing conductive organic highpolymer with Cu powder as material to the neg. electrode of battery, paste 3 using solid electrolyte as the base for ex. Rb4Cu16I6.75Cl13.25, and paste 2 using as the base a complex oxide of vanadium and VIa group transfer metal as material to the pos. electrode. A printed all-solid secondary battery is formed by putting thereover an electrode 1 consisting of Cu. This permits consolidating with printed circuit board. Thus a small, thin, and light printed circuit board equipped with a printed all-solid secondary battery is achieved, which excels in reliability.
