Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make uniform the concentration distribution of an absorption solution which might become partially thick and prevent crystallization with a controller in case of detecting an abnormal heating of a high temperature regenerator, by interrupting immediately thereafter working of a heat source keeping a refrigerant valve open/close and continue operations of a solution pump and a cooling water pump. SOLUTION: It is judged whether or not high temperature failure is produced (a temperature sensor 91 detects temperature at least 175 deg.C), and if so, then gas solenoid valves 311, 312 are closed to extinguish a gas burner 31. A refrigerant value 54 is opened and kept intact for about 9 minutes, and then operation of an air fan 211 is interrupted. Thereafter, there is performed thinned operation that continues the operation of a combustion fan 315, a tandem pump 80, a cooling water pump 14, and a cooling tower fan 11. Hereby, a liquid refrigerant 52 accumulated in a condenser 5 is rapidly fed into an absorber 7 after passage through an evaporator 6, and a diluted solution 33 in the absorber 7 is returned to a high temperature regenerator 3 whereby the absorption solution in the high temperature regenerator 3 is diluted.
