Abstract:
PURPOSE:To effectively reinforce a cover member during a rotating action by openably providing the upper opening section of a storage box arranged between the right and left frame members, and providing a reinforcing band on the back side of the upper face of the cover member expanded upward. CONSTITUTION:A storage box 31 is provided by utilizing a space between both the right and left main pipes 3, 3. A cover member 71 is swayably provided with its rear end section serving as a fulcrum and opens or closes the upper opening section 37 of the storage box 31, and it is molded with resin and has a large expanded section 72 upward like the conventional fuel tank shape. A reinforcing band 76 made of an iron plate is provided in the longitudinal direction on the back face at the center section of the cover member 71. Since the cover member 71 has the reinforcing band 76, it has rigidity during a rotating action although it is made of resin and has a large expanded shape upward, and it is advantageous for being made lightweight.
