Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a product having good appearance without damaging or deforming soft raw material by inserting a raw material of GANMODOKI (bean curd mixed with thinly sliced vegetables and fried in deep fat) into heated oil, receiving the raw material on a carrying means, moving the material through the heated oil to carry out frying treatment of the material. CONSTITUTION: A feed plate 4 is horizontally held and oil is applied to the surface of the plate 4 and plural GANMODOKI raw materials S are put in rows and each raw material S is slid by inclining the plate 4 and inserted into a heated oil O. Then, the swnk GANMODOKI raw material S is received on a carrying means 5 such as a conveyer 7 comprising a net and a stainless steel on which punching is applied and moved through the heated oil O to carry out frying treatment of the raw material.
