Abstract:
To provide a power supply apparatus capable of being made compact.
A power supply apparatus includes an inductor (L1) one end of which is connected to an input terminal side, a switching element (Q1) connected between the other end of the inductor and a reference potential, a switching element (Q2) connected to the other end of the inductor, and a capacitor (C1) connected between the switching element Q2 to serve as an output terminal side and the reference potential. The switching elements Q1 and Q2 are configured by a GaN-based transistor.
