PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a leakage of high water content ratio clay from a pouring port by forming a cylindrical body in which a pouring part to a bag body is attached to the bag body in such a manner that it protrudes to the inside and outside of the bag body. SOLUTION: A cylindrical body 12 for pouring high water content ratio clay is extended in such a manner that it protrudes in the inside of a bag body 11. When a hose is pulled out of the bag body 11 which is filled by pouring high water content ratio clay or the bag body 11 is filled, the cylindrical body 12 which protrudes in the bag body 11 is crushed or blocked due to a difference in pressure between the inside and outside of the bag body 11. At this time, a diameter of the cylindrical body 12 is set to be 20cm or less, the length of protrusion of the cylindrical body 12 to the outside of the bag body 11 is set to be 20cm or more, and the length of its protrusion in the inside thereof is set to be 1.5 times or more than the diameter of the cylindrical body 12. Consequently, it is possible to prevent a back flow and a leakage of high water content ratio clay securely and easily when the pouring hose is pulled out of the pouring cylinder 12 of the bag body 11 in which high water content ratio clay is filled.
