Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide an apparatus for controlling blast which can keep the concentration of dissolved oxygen at a set value capable of preventing the uncontrollability of a dissolved oxygen controlling system. CONSTITUTION:This apparatus is equipped with more than one aerators 11, a blower 21 for the aerators, a valve 15 for controlling dissolved oxygen which is placed in a blast passage between the blower 21 and the aerators 11 and controls blast by its opening, an input air capacity adjuster 14 which adjusts the opening of the valve 15 corresponding to the concentration of dissolved oxygen in the aerators 11, and an output air capacity adjuster 24 which maintains the pressure in the blast passage between the blower 21 and the valve 15 at a set value by controlling the air capacity of the blower 21. The opening of the valve 15 is checked at given intervals by a compensation control circuit so that a set pressure value is corrected appropriately when the valve opening is deviated from a specified range.
