Abstract:
A dielectric ceramic composition containing a primary component represented by the following formula: äBaOümTiO2 + alpha R2O3 + beta BaZrO3 + gamma MgO + gMnO wherein R2O3 is at least one member selected from the group consisting of Eu2O3, Gd2O3, Tb2O3, Dy2O3, Ho2O3, Er2O3, Tm2O3, and Yb2O3, and each of alpha , beta , gamma , and g represents a mole ratio, and alpha , beta , gamma , and g satisfy specified relations; and silicon oxide as an auxiliary component in an amount of 0.2-5.0 mol as reduced to SiO2, with respect to 100 mol of the primary component.
