Abstract:
PURPOSE:To efficiently and automatically treat a large amt. of surplus soil of construction at a low cost by dispersedly charging the surplus soil of construction into the hoppers of many primary classifying devices, passing the surplus soil through vibration sieves, magnetic separators and crushing machines, then automatically adding solidifying materials thereto during the transportation with containers. CONSTITUTION:A large amt. of the surplus soil of construction is dispersedly received into the hoppers of the many primary classifying devices 3 and large lumps, such as concrete shells and wooden pieces, are screened by the lower vibration sieeves within a roofed center 1 for treatment of the surplus soil. Iron scrap and the like are then removed by the magnetic separators and are further disintegrated to fine particles by crushing machines. The solidifying materials of the amts. meeting the amts. of the loaded sand and soil are automatically added by solidifying material adding devices 8 to the sand and soil while the sand and soil are loaded into the containers 6 and are transferred along transfer lines 7. The solidifying materials are automatically agitated and mixed with the inside of the sand and soil by twin-screw paddles and thereafter, the sand and soil are inverted by inverting machines 9 and are ejected by ejecting devices 10, 11.
