Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas dissolving device of relatively simple structure by which the bubbles of various sizes are dissolved in a liq., and the gas is dissolved to a saturated state. SOLUTION: This gas dissolving device is provided with a tank 1 in which a rotating shaft 3 having an impeller 2 is pivoted and a liq. outlet 12 is provided, a pump 6 for sucking up a liq. into the tank 1, a discharge nozzle 7a and impeller rotating nozzle 7b, for spraying the liq. sucked up by the pump 6 on the impeller 2 and a pipeline 8 furnished with a gas suction port 9a and supplying the liq. to the discharge nozzle 7a and impeller rotating nozzle 7b. The liq. contg. the bubbles obtained by mixing the gas from the suction port 9a into the liq. is blown against the impeller 2 from the nozzle 7b to rotate the impeller 2, and the bubbles contained in the liq. blown against the impeller 2 from the discharge nozzle 7a are sheared and micronized by the rotating impeller.
