Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a new powdery crosslinked fluorine resin capable of efficiently obtaining the powdery crosslinked fluorine resin of the high quality having a uniform particle size at a low cost. SOLUTION: This production of a powdery crosslinked fluorine resin is to feed a powdery uncrosslinked fluorine resin into a crosslinking vessel 4, feed an atmospheric gas and seal the vessel, successively carry out a crosslinking treatment for a certain time by irradiating the powdery uncrosslinking fluorine resin with radiation rays in a state of heating at a temperature equal to or above the melting point of the resin while floating the resin, take out the formed powdery crosslinked fluorine resin with the atmospheric gas after finishing the crosslinking treatment and separate the powdery crosslinked fluorine resin from the atmospheric gas. Thus, the powdery crosslinked fluorine resin having high quality and a uniform particle size can be continuously and effectively produced.
