Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit drawing as well as drawing/bending in one cycle of a press machine so as to reduce a working time and to reduce a size of a die device so as to facilitate its integration to a general purpose press machine. SOLUTION: A die is provided with a upper surface plate 13 mounted to an upper bolster 13 of a press machine, an upper die 2 and a lower die 1 to draw a work W, a drawing/bending die 16 having a bending blade 6, an actuator 11 for drawing/bending to press down the drawing/bending die 16 and a pressure source 8 to energize the drawing/bending die 16 to an upper position. After the work W is drawn by the upper die 2 and the lower die 1 by pressing down the upper die 2 together with the upper bolster 22 and the upper surface plate 13, successively, by pressing down the drawing/bending die 16 with the actuator 11 for drawing/bending, the work W is drawn/bent.
