Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substantially prevent the discontinuity of communications between a managing device and a plurality of moving vehicles by arranging access points (APs) so that the reception intensity values of signals sent from >=2 APs become larger than a predetermined threshold at an arbitrary place in a closed space. SOLUTION: Six APs 201 to 206 have corresponding cell areas 211 to 216 and an arbitrary place on the track 400 on which each moving vehicle 300 moves includes at least two cell areas. Each moving vehicle 300 has a communication device 250 and has radio communications with one of the APs by using the communication device 350. When a frequency hopping method of spread spectrum communications is used here for the radio communication between the moving vehicle 300 and APs, the individual APs perform transmission in a different hopping pattern. The moving vehicle 300 receives the transmission signal of one AP without regarding other transmitted signals as noise. The moving vehicle 300 is therefore capable to individually discriminate and receive the signals transmitted from the respective APs.
