Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To concentrically control the cooling of a cooling apparatus and the air conditioning in a room such as a store, by one unit of device. SOLUTION: This refrigerating-air conditioning device is equipped with a cooling system of a cooling apparatus 1 having a cooling unit comprising a heat-exchanger 6 which cools a cooling brine by performing a heat-exchange between the refrigerant of a refrigerating cycle and the circulating cooling brine, a cold storage tank 3 which coldaccumulates the cooled cooling brine, and a cold air generating device 4 which generates cooled air by a heat- exchange with the coldaccumulated cooling brine. In addition, an indoor air conditioning system comprising a heat-exchanger 25 for cooling, which performs a heat-exchange between the cooling brine and a brine for air conditioning, and a brine temperature adjusting tank 21 which is connected with the heat- exchanger 25 for cooling and an air conditioning unit 20, and performs the temperature adjustment of the brine for air conditioning being fed to the air conditioning unit 20, is provided. By this method, the cooling of the cooling apparatus 1 and the indoor cooling can be performed by jointly using the cooling apparatus 1 and a heat source for the indoor cooling.
