To provide a garbage collection storage device and a garbage collection vehicle mounted with the device suppressing leakage of odor to the outside and generation of odor in working and a treatment method and system for the garbage suppressing leakage or the like of odor to the outside using the vehicle and to further provide an efficient collection method for the garbage.

The garbage treatment system 4 is a system in which the garbage collection vehicle 1 and the garbage treatment device 3 are combined. The garbage storage device 2 mounted on the garbage collection vehicle 1 is provided with an operation board 200; a throwing port 201; a storage tank 210; a first catcher 220; a blower 230; a second catcher 240; and a water tank 250. The garbage treatment device 3 is provided with a hopper 310 and a garbage storage chamber 320; a control box 330 and a cyclone drying chamber 340; a transfer flight conveyor 350; storage chambers 360, 361, 362, 363; a waste vapor treatment device 370; and a cooling unit 380 and a deodorization device 390.
