Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably, easily and inexpensively constitute a multi-view sterescopic display device by using a CRT about 10 inches to 30 inches in size mass-produced as a displayer. SOLUTION: This device is composed of a display means 1 for time sequentially displaying an image, an image transmitting means 3 for transmitting the image displayed by the display means 1 and partially outputting it toward an observer and an image optical path determining means 4 for determining the optical path of the transmitted image. The display means 1 displays successively and repeatedly more than three kinds of plural images, the image optical path determining means 4 successively changes over the optical path of the image corresponding to the changeover period of the image displayed on the display means 1, the observable positions of plural images are successively arranged in a space and the multi-view stereoscopic image display without glasses is realized.
