Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process monitoring method capable of preventing the dispersion of products, and improving yield. SOLUTION: A measured value region following the ascending/descending direction of the measured value of the working data of a product is divided into prescribed ranges, and the standard deviation processing of data in a plurality of cycles to be sample-inputted to each range is executed at each point, and upper limit data and lower limit data are set in each range, and a set point is decided in one cycle of product working, and the measured value at the set point is fitted to the range, and the upper limit/lower limit data are selected, and the data which are being worked are compared from the set point to the forward time direction or backward time direction, and the correlation of the data is determined. Thus, the standard deviation value is calculated in the divided range so that an allowable value can be reduced. Therefore, the upper limit/lower limit data whose width are narrow corresponding to the measured value of the working data of the product are used for comparing the data so that the precision can be increased, and that the quality of the product can be increased.
