Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically prepare a vehicle operation plan for efficiently operating a vehicle based on a train timetable. SOLUTION: A vehicle operation network preparation part 120 prepares a vehicle operation network in which nodes indicating trains forming a train timetable are connected to each other by an arc having a set cost equivalent to the degree of desire of connection of the trains in correspondence with the arc. A vehicle operation plan preparation part 140 searches a circulating circuit passing all nodes only once and returns to an initial point by sequentially selecting low cost arcs, and the vehicle operation plan is prepared based on the circulating circuit obtained by repeatedly executing a series of processings for evaluating the searched circulating route.
