Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve recovering efficiency at the time of recovering a powdered material incorporated in a drainage being used for a chemical treatment. SOLUTION: The drainage supplied into a tank main body 31 is forcedly filtered with a filter 33 moving in the vertical direction in a state in which a periphery is allowed to contact with an inner wall of the tank main body 31. A phosphor powder filtered and gathered at a lower side of the filter 33 is recovered by receiving with a pan 35 or discharged by pushing out from a removing port with a pushing plate. The phosphor powder is effectively removed from a development drainage since the drainage is forcedly filtered by shifting the filter 33.
