Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oxo-titanium phthalocyanine vapor-deposited film having oriented molecules or microcrystals and useful as a material for an electrophotographic photoreceptor, a photoelectric conversion material, a light sensor, etc. SOLUTION: A self-textured film as formed on a metallic substrate and an oxo-titanium phthalocyanine vapor-deposited film is formed on the self- textured film by vapor-depositing oxo-titanium phthalocyanine at <=0.8Å/sec rate of vapor deposition to produce the objective oxo-titanium phthalocyanine oriented film.
