This sound information transmitter 1 transmitting the sound information to a human body is provided with a microphone 2 for inputting sound from the outside, a sound signal processing part 20 generating a consonant clarification signal based on the input sound signal, a carrier wave signal generation part 6 generating a carrier wave signal, an amplitude modulation part 8 modulating an amplitude of the carrier signal based on the consonant clarification signal, and a vibrator 12 transmitting a mechanical vibration based on the output signal having the modulated amplitude. The sound signal processing part 20 is provided with a consonant extraction part 26 extracting the consonant part included in the sound signal and a repetition processing part 24 adding the extracted consonant part to the sound signal and generating the consonant clarification signal formed by repeating the consonant part in the sound signal a plurality of times.
