To solve the problem wherein a building foundation mat in a nuclear power station has been manufactured by reinforced concrete heretofore, so the construction work conducted in the power station construction site has high site dependency, resulting in long working period, long term of construction for the whole power station, and increase of the construction cost, and since a large amount of reinforcing steel and reinforced bars are used to complicate the work and increase the cost due to a large material amount.
A steel plate skeleton is manufactured by a steel plate, partition steel plate and stiffener in a factory, carried in the site and concrete is placed in the steel plate skeleton to manufacture a building footing mat. Thus, the construction term can be shortened, the construction cost is reduced, and the material amount of reinforcing bars is reduced, the work is facilitated and the cost is lowered.
