Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform a centering work of a cylindrical body in a short time and to prevent the generation of a damage of the cylindrical body as far as possible. SOLUTION: The positioning tool 38 for the cylindrical body for the laser welding is used for a laser welding of a part to be welded W1 which is composed of the inner peripheral part of a fixing hole 27 and the outer peripheral part of a fixing shaft part 26 in a state that a fixing shaft part 26 of a member 4 fixed in a cylindrical body 2 is inserted into the fixing hole 27 provided at the central zone of the end wall 25 of the cylindrical body 2. The tool 38 has a positioning tapered hole 46 on which the outer peripheral end part on the side of the part to be welded W1 of the cylindrical body 2 is butted, a first supporting member 43 which is continued to the positioning tapered hole 46 and has a welding work hole 47 for making the part to be welded W1 is irradiated with a laser beam and a second supporting member 45 which pressurizes the cylindrical body 2 in the direction of a circular cone axis line a of the positioning tapered hole 46 so as to keep the butting of the outer peripheral end part against the positioning tapered hole 46.
