Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability by only inputting a simple code and a retrieval keyword to an input list to automatically retrieve required information and then displaying a selection list. SOLUTION: The information input device inputs item information required for generation of an input list 30 to generate input information, and relations between retrieval request codes and retrieval conditions are defined by a table 26, and when a character string including a retrieval request code and a retrieval keyword is inputted to an empty item column of the input list 30 by a retrieval request part 30, a retrieval processing part 24 retrieves a database by a retrieval condition, which is obtained by referring to the table 26 by the inputted retrieval request code, and the retrieval keyword to display a selection list, which can be selected as input information to the input list 30, as the retrieval result.
