Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition capable of efficiently manifesting the function of a water absorptive resin and water absorptivity even in a high resin concentration by mixing a water absorptive resin having specific absorption characteristics under a high load with a releasing medicine component by a specific technique. SOLUTION: The objective composition is obtained by mixing (A) a water absorptive resin and (B) a releasing medicine component in a condition in which the formulas α>=20 (g/g) and β/α>=0.85 (α is an absorbing magnification of the component A before mixing at 50 g/cm<2> pressure; β is the absorbing magnification after the mixing at the same pressure) are satisfied. When colliding force (A) is imparted to the component A by colliding the component A each other in a prescribed strength, the component A preferably satisfies the formulas α>=20 (g/g) and γ/α>=0.85 (α is the absorbing magnification before the collision at 50 g/cm<2> pressure; γ is the absorbing magnification after the collision at the same pressure). The component B is preferably mixed as an aqueous solution or a water dispersion. The composition can impart a new function to a conventional hygienic good.
